Spring might just be my favorite time of year for weddings. There’s a reason so many beautiful words have been written about the season – it’s a time where we’re all shaking off the cabin fever of winter and feeling the warm glow of the sun again. Here’s one of my favorites:

If people did not love one another, I really don’t see what use there would be in having any spring.

It’s the season where it feels like nature is celebrating the start of a new chapter with you, and love feels extra palpable. Sarah & Andrew’s intimate wedding day was no exception. Close family and friends gathered with them at St. Bridget’s Church in East Falls for their ceremony and joined them afterwards for a small reception on the Delaware River Front.

Sarah is a floral designer, and the owner of Salt Floral, so it’s no surprise that her bouquet was total spring perfection. Her friend and fellow floral designer Kat Claar of From Blossoms knocked it out of the park. The day may have been cloudy, but the warmth of their love and commitment shone over everything. I’m so honored to have documented such a truly lovely couple and day.

Flowers: Jig-Bee Flower Farm and Cultivating Joy Flowers
